Here are some of the recent comments from my students on an independent Review site:
'I attended Pauline's silk painting for beginners workshop with my mum as a treat for her birthday. We both had a really fantastic day. Great atmosphere and lovely to meet others on the same workshop. Pauline was a really good teacher, very patient and encouraging and it was very rewarding to learn new skills, I was amazed at what we all produced and all so different. I would truly recommend one of Pauline's workshops a very special treat.'
'Have been to several of Pauline's workshops over the last couple of years and have enjoyed every one. Pauline is an excellent teacher and very inspirational. Small classes of around 6 people and always a delicious lunch. Cannot recommend her classes more highly, always a warm welcome, can't wait for the next one.'
All workshops are full day (10.30-4.30) and cost £70. The price includes all materials, refreshments and a hearty two course lunch. Templates are provided for those not confident about their drawing skills. Maximum of 6 places to ensure individual attention.
Ideal introduction for people who are new to silk painting or who feel they would benefit from revisiting the basics. Learn about the different materials involved and then practice the techniques, leading to a finished painting to take home. A handout will cover everything you’ve been taught and enable you to go away with the confidence to carry on painting.
